Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience as technical consultant to ensure effective, efficient delivery of business process enhancements;
- Proactive self-starter with ability to find solution to complex technical problems and roll up the sleeves to get work done;
- Ability to lead and engage the teams, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written including English grammar;
- Have experience in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-oriented programming
- Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration and building custom
- Salesforce applications using APEX code
- Applicable Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Developer, Service Cloud)
- Experience with Salesforce Modules.
- Prototyping of wireframes using CSS, HMTL, Bootstrap and Visualforce
- Experience in building custom user interfaces that required CSS, HMTL,
- Bootstrap and Visualforce page development
- Experience in mining industry projects is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Primary area of focus – IT CRM (Customer Relationship Management);
- Hands on technical implementation and deployment of Salesforce, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage Salesforce using best development and implementation methodologies
- Develop thorough definition of CRM interfaces with third party systems;
- Provide CRM solution options and best practice recommendations;
- Meet with the customer to confirm technical requirement and analyze customer request
- Develop and customize technical specification
- Configurations services to meet the customers requirements
- Able to communicate with client, PM well, and able to deliver solution within timeline
- Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with the business, project managers and IT team members;
- Represent the CRM organization as the prime techno functional contact on projects.
