Enterprise Solution (SAP) Management Trainee

Job description

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Delivery and Support Enterprise Solutions team, to understand interdependencies and contribute to a cohesive project approach.
  • Participate in a structured, hands-on learning curriculum covering SAP modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SD, and more.
  • Rotate across various projects, supporting senior consultants and learning the end-to-end SAP implementation cycle.
  • Engage in different stages of projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist project teams in troubleshooting and resolving client issues, providing support in system configurations and user queries.
  • Gain exposure to client management by shadowing experienced consultants during client meetings.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, such as process workflows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Prepare status reports and summaries for internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency in project progression.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks, learning collaboration skills within a project team setting.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (with minimum GPA 3.00).
  • 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong commitment to join TMS Consulting and willing to fulfill a 4-year service bond.
  • Demonstrated interest in SAP systems and technology consulting.
  • Comfortable with rapid learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, both Bahasa & English written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Dedication to understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Display a proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning and self-improvement.
