Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cloud Solution Delivery and Support, to understand project interdependencies and deliver integrated cloud-based business solutions.
- Participate in a structured, hands-on learning curriculum focusing on Enterprise Business Platforms, especially CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.
- Rotate across various implementation projects, supporting senior consultants and gaining end-to-end exposure in cloud-based CRM solution delivery.
- Contribute to various stages of project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution mapping, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within CRM systems, and support users in system navigation and functionality usage.
- Shadow experienced consultants in client-facing engagements to gain insight into cloud CRM strategy and business process transformation.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide progress updates and contribute to internal reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Participate actively in team discussions and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (with minimum GPA 3.00).
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to commit to a 4-year service bond with TMS Consulting.
- Interest in cloud-based business platforms and technology consulting, particularly CRM systems.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in problem-solving.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Customer-focused mindset and a willingness to understand business needs.
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
